Kimberly Hutchison

Kimberly Hutchison is a Partner with Singleton Schreiber and a tenacious litigator with a long track record of successfully representing clients in and out of the courtroom. A leading member of the Civil Rights team, she helped the firm obtain one of its most prestigious verdicts. She was a core member of a legal team that had oral argument in the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as a core member of a team that represented an individual charged with capital offenses. She joined the firm in fall 2020. Ms. Hutchison is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts and is an inactive member of the Virginia State Bar. She graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in Philosophy before joining Teach for America in Miami. She then attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she served on the WCL Moot Court Honor Society and the American University Law Review, graduating magna cum laude and elected to the Order of the Coif. She is a 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyer.
