Craig Fishman

Craig L. Fishman is a founding partner and president of Shenderovich, Shenderovich and Fishman, P.C., where he serves as chief of litigation. He began college at the University of Pennsylvania at age 15, graduating at 19 on the Dean's List with a Bachelor of Arts in 1982. He then pursued medical studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from 1983 to 1986 and earned a Master of Public Health in Health Care Administration from Northwestern University School of Medicine in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May 1990. Craig has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits. He has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2005, rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell since 2006, and listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Craig has served as a Senior Hearing Committee Member on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on a pro bono basis and as a professor at Pitt Law Academy. His notable verdicts include an $18.75 million class action settlement in 2024 (Camille Lamar Roberts, Inc. v. Rice Energy Inc.) and a $3.3 million jury verdict in the Collingwood coal shearer death case in 2012.
