About Tara Brouse
Tara E. Brouse joined Shenderovich, Shenderovich and Fishman, P.C. in 2018, where she represents clients injured in motor vehicle collisions, trips and falls on dangerous surfaces, dog bites, and wrongful death cases. She has extensive experience across all stages of litigation, including pre-suit settlement, arbitration, mediation, and both jury and non-jury trials. Before joining this firm, she worked at several well-regarded Pittsburgh law firms on both the plaintiff and defense sides, representing clients in personal injury, employment discrimination, toxic torts, transportation, and commercial litigation. Her defense background gives her valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, with majors in Psychology and Business, and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009. While at Duquesne, she competed on the nationally ranked trial advocacy team, was awarded the Shalom Moot Court Award, and was inducted into the Louis Manderino Honor Society for outstanding trial advocacy. A native of Pittsburgh's South Hills, she serves as a mock trial coach for the Pittsburgh Science and Technology Academy.
