About Jacqueline Wiley
A South Bend, Indiana native, Jacqueline Wiley earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University South Bend in 2012, then her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2015. She has clerked for judges in the St. Joseph County Superior Court and the LaPorte County Circuit Court, and is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana. Before joining Stewart & Stewart, Jacqueline worked for a large insurance company as a paralegal and later as a licensed claims adjuster. That experience gives her direct insight into the strategies and tactics insurers use, which she applies in advocating for her clients. She focuses her practice on personal injury cases and is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and Phi Alpha Delta.
