Nicholas Wagner

Nick Wagner has been with Stewart & Stewart since 2011, concentrating his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases. An Indianapolis native, he graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2006 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Criminal Justice, then earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010. He is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts and both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana. Wagner brings trial experience to each case, combining advocacy with practicality. Outside the office, he and his wife are actively involved with Avek Anpil Men Medical Relief (AAMMR), a nonprofit that provides donations, medical supplies, and care to underserved communities in Haiti. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
