About Daniel Greene
Daniel Greene is a partner at Swope, Rodante P.A. who focuses on catastrophic injury, insurance bad faith, legal malpractice, civil litigation, and appellate practice. Originally from Cooper City, Florida, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine in 2014, then earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017. He joined the firm directly after law school. While at UF Law, he served as a teaching assistant in legal writing and appellate advocacy, was a forum editor of the Florida Law Review, and received a Book Award for legal research. He is admitted in Florida and Massachusetts. He co-authored the chapter "Unfair Claims Practices and Bad Faith" in the Florida Bar's Florida Automobile Insurance Law (2022) alongside Dale Swope and Dennis Dore.
