
About Greta Carter
Greta Carter is an attorney at Swope, Rodante P.A. focusing on insurance bad faith and personal injury. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law on a full-tuition Governor's Scholarship, where she was consistently on the Dean's List and participated in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiation, and Arbitration competitions. She also served as Vice President of Administration for OutLaw and Secretary of the Environmental and Land Use Law Society. She completed a clerkship at Panish Shea Ravipudi LLP in Los Angeles and a judicial internship with U.S. District Judge Roy B. Dalton Jr. in the Middle District of Florida. Before law school, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science and worked as a legal assistant at Gould Cooksey Fennell PA.
