Alan Pickert is a trial attorney at Terrell Hogan Law who has spent over 32 years fighting for victims of asbestos exposure, medical malpractice, product liability, and auto accidents. A graduate of the University of Florida (B.A. with Honors, 1988; J.D., 1991), Alan has recovered over $100 million for his clients, including one of the largest awards in Vaccine Court history for a child injured by the DTaP vaccine. He has successfully handled over 2,830 asbestos cases and more than 400 wrongful death lawsuits, obtaining settlements from over 50 manufacturers of asbestos products on behalf of clients exposed in shipyards, paper mills, construction sites, and the U.S. Navy. He has been recognized as one of the nation's top asbestos lawyers and as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Alan has served as President of the Jacksonville Bar Association and as the American Bar Association Delegate for Florida, only the third Jacksonville attorney to hold that position in 140 years.
