Lionel Sims III

Lionel Sims III is a trial lawyer who joins The Buzbee Law Firm with experience in defense work covering first- and third-party insurance litigation, insurance coverage issues, and bad faith claims, as well as civil and commercial litigation matters ranging from contract disputes to personal injury. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and then attended South Texas College of Law on an academic merit scholarship, where he became a certified mediator under the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code and competed on advocacy teams across the country, taking first place at the ABA Securities Triathlon in New York City.
