Michael Eddington

Michael Eddington represents clients in a wide variety of personal injury and commercial litigation cases, with a primary focus on maritime personal injury including Jones Act claims across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. He grew up in Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University before moving to New Orleans to attend law school at Tulane University. During law school, he gained experience clerking for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, worked in the Tulane Civil Litigation Clinic, and interned with the New Orleans City Attorney's Office and Southeast Louisiana Legal Services. Before joining The Buzbee Law Firm, Eddington practiced at a Houston law firm specializing in real estate and commercial litigation.
