About David Yen

David G. Yen has practiced personal injury litigation since his admission to the California bar in December 2004, handling wrongful death, car accidents, catastrophic injury, products liability, motor vehicle collisions, and cases involving dangerous conditions on properties. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2000 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003, where he earned honors in the Thad E. Hutcheson Moot Court Competition and the American Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial Tournament. He is active in the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, and serves on the Executive Board of the Organization of Chinese Americans, San Francisco Chapter.
