Mark Breyer

Mark Breyer is a personal injury and wrongful death attorney who co-founded The Husband & Wife Law Team with his wife, Alexis, in 1996. Mark grew up in Michigan, attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate degree, and earned his J.D. at Syracuse University College of Law, where he met Alexis. After graduating, they moved to Arizona to begin their legal careers. Mark handles litigation personally and meets with all new clients about their cases.

He holds a certification as a Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Law from the State Bar of Arizona, a designation earned by fewer than 2% of Arizona lawyers. He is admitted to the Federal District Court of Arizona, has served as a Judge Pro Tem, and has been recognized as a Top 5 Arizona Injury Lawyer by North Valley Magazine and as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mark has authored numerous articles on injury and wrongful death law, speaks regularly to attorney and community groups on personal injury topics, and has lectured at State Bar of Arizona seminars with the highest presenter ratings.
