Monica Janda

Monica Janda is the Founder and Attorney at The Janda Law Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her practice covers truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death claims, personal injury, medical malpractice defense, immigration law, real estate law, and business litigation.

Janda earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is admitted to practice in Nevada.

Raised in California by Hispanic immigrant parents, Janda was the first member of her family to earn a college degree.
