Paul Janda

Dr. Paul H. Janda, Esq., MBA is the Founder, Attorney, and Doctor at The Janda Law Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the first and only board-certified neurologist-lawyer in the State of Nevada and the only attorney in the U.S. who is also a Board-Certified Neurologist, Certified Life Care Planner, and graduate of the Wharton School.

Janda earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, his MD from Touro University California (Dean's List), and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with double majors in finance and strategic management. He completed undergraduate coursework at Stanford University and UC Berkeley. He completed his Internal Medicine internship at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Washington D.C., Illinois, and New York.

His practice covers personal injury, medical malpractice, and real estate law. He served as the expert in the largest single-plaintiff verdict in Nevada history, securing a $160 million judgment.
