About Jared Waldhoff
Jared L. Waldhoff is a committed advocate for individuals and small businesses harmed by the conduct of others. He clerked at Simon Law while attending Saint Louis University School of Law, where he focused on civil litigation and participated in trial advocacy programs. Before law school, he served as Assistant Director of Compliance at Southeast Missouri State University and was a member of the baseball team. His practice covers personal injury, trucking and auto accidents, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and business litigation. He was part of the team that obtained the $462 million verdict against Wabash Trailer Company and a $50 million wrongful-death settlement. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. He received the Milton F. Napier Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy from the Lawyers Association of St. Louis. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America since 2026 and is admitted in Missouri and Illinois.
