Tom Sarna

Tom J. Sarna brings experience as a former defense attorney for insurance companies to his role as a plaintiff's advocate at Simon Law. His practice focuses on personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries from trucking accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, and civil rights. He is a native of Bolingbrook, Illinois, and was inspired early in life by figures of advocacy in literature and film. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, receiving the Academic Excellence Award in Civil Practice, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is admitted in Missouri and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
