Bryan Ulmer graduated first in his class at the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he served as an editor of the law review and earned membership in the Order of the Coif. He graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in 1999 and has served as invited staff there since graduation. He also obtained a graduate certificate in conflict resolution from the University of Utah.
