About G. Bryan Ulmer III
Bryan Ulmer graduated first in his class at the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he served as an editor of the law review and earned membership in the Order of the Coif. He graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in 1999 and has served as invited staff there since graduation. He also obtained a graduate certificate in conflict resolution from the University of Utah. Bryan has successfully fought for substantial settlements and jury verdicts in cases involving catastrophic injury, dangerous railroad crossings, civil rights, injuries to children, workplace accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability, as well as commercial and business litigation involving copyright infringement, securities, intellectual property, and whistleblower claims under the False Claims Act. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Civil Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the International Society of Barristers, American Bar Foundation, and American Board of Trial Advocates.
