About R. Daniel Fleck
Dan Fleck was born in Ashley, North Dakota, and spent summers farming and ranching before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1991 and his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1993. He clerked at The Spence Law Firm during law school and spent both summers in trial with Gerry Spence. After law school, he served two years as Director of Lawyers and Advocates for Wyoming, a non-profit public interest law firm. He joined The Spence Law Firm as a practicing attorney in 1996 and became a partner in 2000, and is a member of the firm's management group. Dan has represented clients in over 25 states in a broad range of complex cases including oil and gas accidents, trucking and auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, aviation liability, pharmaceutical liability, product liability, civil rights, sexual abuse by authority figures, and medical malpractice matters including hypoxic-ischemic birth injuries, Erb's Palsy, and shoulder dystocia birth trauma. He is also a licensed pilot, an avid motorcyclist, and scuba diver. He graduated from Trial Lawyers College in 2002.
