
About Kelsey Fleener
Kelsey Fleener grew up in southwest Wyoming and was a state champion golfer who went on to play Division I golf at the University of Wyoming and Weber State University, earning multiple Academic All-American honors. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016. Drawing on the values of service and teamwork she developed through collegiate athletics, she served as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, where she prosecuted some of the Army's toughest cases and was one of the Army's first Special Victim Trial Counsel, focusing on prosecuting cases involving victims of crime. After leaving the Army, she litigated oil and gas royalty disputes for the Department of the Interior. She is completing a graduate law degree in Energy and Natural Resources at the University of Oklahoma and teaches Real Estate Law at the University of Wyoming. She serves on the executive board of the Wyoming State Golf Association and mentors young athletes as coach of the Wyoming Girls' Junior America's Cup golf team.
