About Robert A. Krause
Robert Krause was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Shippensburg State College in 1981 with a degree in business administration, then enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law and graduated magna cum laude in 1984. After completing a clerkship with the Supreme Court of Maryland, he practiced in Baltimore, Maryland and the District of Columbia for five years before moving to Wyoming in 1990 to work for The Spence Law Firm, where he was a partner from 1995 until becoming Of Counsel. Bob has tried numerous cases throughout the United States representing clients seriously injured or killed as a result of defects in automobiles, tires, and wheels, medical malpractice, industrial explosions, and automobile and trucking collisions. He was one of the lead attorneys in the first bellwether trial in the Toyota Motor Corporation Unintended Acceleration Multi-District Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. To date, Bob has recovered over $100 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has taught at continuing legal education seminars for the American Association for Justice, the Western Trial Lawyers Association, and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
