Chad Finley is the Head of Litigation, Partner, and Attorney at TorHoerman Law, focusing on complex pharmaceutical and product liability litigation. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Wabash College in 2008 (with additional study at School for International Training in Melbourne in 2007) and his J.D. Cum Laude from Saint Louis University Law School in 2012. He started at TorHoerman Law as a law clerk in 2011 and has worked his entire career with the firm. He has played key roles in major mass-tort cases and led the strategy in Juul resulting in a confidential settlement, served on the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in Paraquat, and was lead counsel in the Infant Formula NEC (Abbott) case that produced a $495 million verdict.
