Tor Hoerman

Tor Hoerman is the founder and owner of TorHoerman Law, a nationally recognized personal injury and mass tort firm he established in 2009. With more than 30 years of trial experience, he focuses his practice on representing injured plaintiffs against corporate defendants and manufacturers in personal injury, dangerous drugs and medical devices, toxic exposure, and product liability matters. Under his leadership, TorHoerman Law has recovered more than $4 billion in verdicts and settlements. He served as lead or national lead counsel in some of the largest mass tort matters in the country, including the Actos and Pradaxa litigations, and was the first attorney to file an OxyContin lawsuit against Purdue Pharma. Hoerman has been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers Top 100 list for 15 consecutive years.
