Aria Pham

Aria Pham has spent 11 years at TSR Injury Law building her practice on one guiding principle: knowledge is power. She gives clients all the information they need to make confident decisions, without pressure or uncertainty, saying it is their case and their life and her job is to make sure they have everything they need. Her approach is intensely personal; she stays in close contact with clients from start to finish, focuses on negotiating fair settlements, and ensures clients receive the medical care they need before closing a case. One case took over five years to resolve. Her client, a young woman with an incurable pain condition caused by an accident, needed lifelong medical support, and Aria refused to settle until she knew the client would be taken care of for life. Aria's path to law was shaped by her work at an Asian women's domestic violence shelter, where she helped women facing immigration and family law issues, sparking her desire to advocate for those who need it most.
