Trial team member for three bellwether cases In Re: 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2885) Recognized for obtaining a Top 100 Car Accident Verdict in the United States in 2018 Lindsey Scarcello takes on pharmaceutical companies and consumer product manufacturers on behalf of injured people in some of the largest and most consequential consolidated actions in the country. She was on the trial team for three bellwether cases in In re 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2885), the largest multidistrict litigation in United States history. Lindsey also served on the trial team in K.G.M. v. Meta Platforms, Inc. , a landmark bellwether trial in California's social media personal injury coordinated proceeding (JCCP 5255), and she currently serves as trial counsel for the Tennessee Attorney General in State v. Meta Platforms, et al. , a consumer protection action brought on behalf of the people of Tennessee. Lindsey routinely appears in courts across the country and sits on the court-appointed leadership team in multiple nationwide consolidated actions. Her experience spans every stage of a case, from pre-filing investigation through appeal, and reaches across product liability, professional negligence, and consumer protection. Representing a young mother injured on a rural Missouri highway, she secured one of the Top 100 Car Accident Verdicts in the United States in 2018.
