Ty has served in court-appointed leadership positions and played key roles in major class actions and MDLs nationwide, guiding strategic decisions and overseeing critical phases of litigation. His work focuses on disputes involving corporate misconduct, unfair and anticompetitive business practices, and large-scale fraud affecting diverse groups of plaintiffs and public institutions.
