About Adam Getson
Adam S. Getson joined Wapner Newman as an associate in April 2004 and became a partner in January 2014. He has represented injured victims since 2003 in a broad range of personal injury matters including automobile and trucking crashes, dog attacks, product liability, slips and falls, medical malpractice, elevator accidents, negligent security, dram shop claims, construction site accidents, and nursing home abuse. He is a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and regularly lectures at Continuing Legal Education seminars. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctor from Widener School of Law, where he also completed an Intensive Trial Advocacy Program Certificate. He also studied international law at the University of Technology Sydney in Australia. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association.
