About David Sternberg

David E. Sternberg has been a Philadelphia trial attorney since 1983, the only career he has pursued. He has dedicated his entire career to representing injured persons on a contingency fee basis across a broad range of personal injury matters. In addition to accident and premises liability cases, he has represented victims who suffered financial losses from broker misconduct including unsuitable investments, unauthorized trading, and churning. He routinely serves as a court-appointed Judge Pro Tem and arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the American Association of Justice, and the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.
