About Robert Miller
Robert S. Miller is a managing partner at Wapner Newman and has been with the firm since early in his career. Born in Philadelphia in 1968, he earned his Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1992. The firm's name was updated in 2009 to include Miller in recognition of his contributions. His practice centers on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, premises liability, construction site accidents, dog bites, and medical malpractice. He has served as Chairperson of the Philadelphia Bar Association Arbitration Committee and is a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He has been recognized as a 2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and a 2020 Best Lawyers in America honoree for Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiffs).
