
About Simon Haileab
Simon T. Haileab is a trial lawyer at Wapner Newman representing injured victims across Pennsylvania and New Jersey in personal injury matters. Before joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he tried hundreds of jury and bench trials and was a member of the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit, handling prosecutions of sexual assaults on minors and adults. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and New Jersey Association for Justice. He has been consistently recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star. Outside the office, he volunteers with the Cedar Park Neighborhood Scholarship Committee, the Eritrean Community Center of Philadelphia, Philadelphia VIP, the Homeless Advocacy Project, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
