About Joe Weir
Joe Weir grew up in the Nashville area and earned a Bachelor of Science in Print Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002. He then attended Drake University Law School, graduating with honors in 2005. After law school he joined Nashville firm Feeney & Murray, P.C., where he spent several years defending insurance companies in civil litigation. That work gave him a clear picture of how insurers evaluate and often undervalue injury claims. In 2009 he opened his own personal injury practice in Smyrna, and in 2012 he partnered with Tony Kestner to form Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers. His practice covers car accidents, truck crashes, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, wrongful death, and workers' compensation cases throughout Middle Tennessee. He lives in Rutherford County with his wife and son.
