Tony Kestner

Tony Kestner earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vanderbilt University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 2000. He was admitted to the Nevada bar that same year and began his legal career in Las Vegas defending insurance companies. He later moved to Nashville and continued insurance defense work there for more than a decade. Car accidents involving members of his own family showed him directly how insurers can take advantage of injured people, and that experience prompted his switch to representing plaintiffs. In 2012 he joined Joe Weir to form Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers. Tony has handled cases from initial intake through jury verdict, including a multi-million-dollar wrongful death action. His practice covers car accidents, truck and commercial vehicle crashes, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and premises liability throughout Middle Tennessee.
