About Wayne Gary Samuel
Wayne Gary Samuel is a civil litigator with nearly three decades of experience representing injured individuals and businesses across California. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, he earned his B.A. in English from UC Santa Barbara in 1993 and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1996. During law school, he served as a Summer Clerk for U.S. District Court Judge David Kenyon in the Central District of California. After several years in defense work, Wayne opened the Law Offices of Wayne Gary Samuel in 2000 to represent injured individuals, successfully prosecuting automobile collisions, slip-and-falls, dog bites, elder abuse, toxic mold injuries, landlord-tenant disputes, whistleblower cases, wrongful termination, and commercial torts. He has also served as in-house defense counsel for Farmers Insurance, giving him a 360-degree perspective that benefits his plaintiff clients in settlement negotiations and at trial. Wayne is admitted in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the American Association for Justice.
