M. Taylor Hammett

M. Taylor Hammett is a Sacramento native and associate attorney at Wilcoxen Callaham LLP. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Sacramento, where he was named to the Dean's Honor List for five semesters, and his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, where he also made the Dean's Honor List in his first year. After clerking at Wilcoxen Callaham starting in the summer of 2022, he joined the firm as an attorney. He handles personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and Fire Victim Trust claims arising from the 2018 Camp Fire. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of California.
