About Walter Loving
Walter H. Loving III joined Wilcoxen Callaham in 2005 and has since become a partner. He began his career as an insurance defense lawyer representing individual insureds and corporate defendants for 16 years before switching to exclusively representing injury victims and their families. He received a B.S. in Political Science from UC Davis, where he played intercollegiate football, and completed his J.D. at McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He is one of approximately 150 plaintiff injury lawyers in California certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is also board certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys in medical malpractice. In 2003 he was inducted into ABOTA and served as President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter in 2012. In over 40 years of practice, Walter has obtained seven-figure results for clients in seat belt failure cases, wrongful death freeway accidents, and chiropractor liability cases involving paralysis and death. The Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association awarded him its Professionalism Award in 2023.
