Bill Winingham

William E. 'Bill' Winingham Jr. is a Partner at Wilson Kehoe Winingham Injury Lawyers in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he handles complex personal injury, product liability, and mass tort litigation.

Winingham was named Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association in 2002 and 2022. He has been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers since 2002 and as a Top 10 Super Lawyer in 2010, 2015, and 2016 through 2024. He has been included in Best Lawyers in America for 17 consecutive years and was named Best Lawyers 'Lawyer of the Year' in Product Liability Litigation (2019) and in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions (2018). He carries an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his A.B. in Biological Sciences from Indiana University.

Winingham is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors, the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
