Emily Chimenti

Emily (VanTyle) Chimenti is an attorney at Wilson Kehoe Winingham Injury Lawyers in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she handles personal injury and medical malpractice matters. She has authored 11 articles on topics including car accidents, anesthesia malpractice, product liability, and tort law.

Chimenti was named to The Indiana Lawyer's Leadership in the Law: Up and Coming Lawyer (2023), received the IndyBar Young Lawyers Division Distinguished Leadership Award in 2022 and 2023, and has been an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star honoree since 2023. While at Butler University, she received the Butler Peacemaker Award (2013).

She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2016 and her B.A. with Honors from Butler University in 2013, with a triple major in Political Science, Spanish, and Peace & Conflict Studies. She speaks Spanish.

Chimenti is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and serves on the Executive Board of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Women in the Law Division.
