Ross Barbour

Ross Barbour is Of Counsel at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, representing injured workers and contractors in construction accident litigation.

Barbour earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School in 2008. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.

Prior to joining WRSMH, Barbour was a partner at a major insurance defense law firm where he spent over 11 years defending property owners and contractors in New York Labor Law lawsuits, gaining expertise in construction accident investigation and litigation. He has been recognized on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list annually since 2017. His notable settlements include $4.5 million for a union carpenter struck by a falling object.
