Thomas Brennan

Thomas Brennan is an Associate at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, with nearly two decades of trial experience focusing on construction accidents, labor law, and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Brennan earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New York and Florida.

A born-and-bred New Yorker, Brennan previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County. He has obtained multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements throughout New York State, including a $2.7 million verdict in a Brooklyn construction accident and an $850,000 settlement in a Queens garbage truck collision.
