Chauncey Hiestand

Chauncey R. Hiestand is Managing Partner and Head of the Trial & Litigation Departments at Winton & Hiestand Law Group PLLC.

Hiestand earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2004 and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

A native of Crescent Hill, Kentucky, Hiestand serves as Governor at Large on the Kentucky Justice Association's Board of Governors. Before becoming an attorney, he traveled extensively across the United States, visiting over 25 National Parks.
