Joseph Longmeyer

Joseph M. Longmeyer is an Attorney at Winton & Hiestand Law Group PLLC, serving as Head of the Workers' Compensation, Wills and Estate, and Probate Departments.

Longmeyer earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2001 and his Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature with a minor in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 1998. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2001.

A Louisville native and Saint Xavier High School graduate, Longmeyer has practiced with his father, John Longmeyer, since law school, accumulating experience in personal injury litigation, product liability claims, slip and fall matters, workers' compensation, wills, trusts, and estates. He is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a Life Member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Advocates Forums.
