Boston Mallory

Boston Mallory is a plaintiffs' trial attorney at Zehl & Associates in Houston. He comes from a legal family—his grandfather, uncle, and sister are all Texas trial attorneys—which inspired his career path. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University and graduated with honors in the top 10% of his class at South Texas College of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Lytae and received the highest grades in multiple law school courses. While in law school he served as a contributor to the South Texas Law Review, Managing Editor of the South Texas Energy Newsletter, and a member of the South Texas Moot Court Team, competing in two national competitions as brief writer and oral advocate. He worked as a law clerk at Zehl & Associates for two years while completing his law degree, then completed a one-year federal clerkship for a United States Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Texas before joining the firm as an attorney.
