Benny Khorsandi

Benny Khorsandi is a Trial Attorney at Arash Law, focusing on personal injury litigation and helping clients recover compensation for accident-related damages. He joined the firm in March 2020.

Before joining Arash Law, Khorsandi represented hundreds of wildfire victims throughout California, including those affected by the 2017 Thomas Fire, 2018 Woolsey Fire, 2017 North Bay Fires, and 2018 Camp Fire. He served as part of lead-counsel teams in litigation against Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas & Electric Company.

Khorsandi earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he was a McNicholas Scholar. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Robert Gary Klausner, U.S. District Court Judge for the Central District of California.

He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the American Association for Justice, and Consumer Attorneys of California. He has published in The Advocate Magazine and on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and biomechanics expert testimony.
