About Anthony Ontiveros
Anthony Ontiveros was admitted to the California Bar in 1991 after earning his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was also a staff member of the Environmental Law Journal. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and English, with honors, from the University of New Mexico. For more than three decades he has represented victims in courts throughout the United States in matters ranging from products liability and wrongful termination to railroad litigation under the Federal Employers Liability Act and federal False Claims Act qui tam actions. He is admitted in California and several federal district courts, including the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California and the District of Arizona. He brings extensive trial and appellate experience across state and federal courts to the Arnold Law Firm's personal injury and complex litigation practice.
