Charlene Tsai

Charlene Tsai focuses on plaintiff-side employment law, representing workers in wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination matters. Originally from Southern California, she graduated with honors from UC Riverside with a B.A. in Psychology in 2020 and earned her J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2023, where she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Critical Studies I: Writing. An employment law course sparked her commitment to workers' rights, which deepened through externship experience. Before joining Arnold Law Firm in 2025, she practiced at a plaintiff-side employment firm handling disputes against employers at all stages of litigation. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the California Employment Lawyers Association and is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
