Gracie Pollard

Gracie Pollard is a personal injury attorney at Batta Fulkerson Law Group. She earned a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. After law school, she gained civil litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Balestreri Potocki and Holmes and later served as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice. She also clerked at Garcia Hong Law, Gruenberg Law, and New Media Rights during law school. She joined Batta Fulkerson in 2023 and focuses her practice on personal injury cases including car accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, and related matters in San Diego.
