
About Lance Gould
Lance Gould joined Beasley Allen in 1997. He focuses on commercial termite damage litigation, whistleblower litigation, and class actions. Throughout his career, he has secured multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts compelling corporations to correct improper practices, including a trial team role in a major Syngenta herbicide class action. He co-chaired the Wage and Hour Section of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group for 10 years. Lance serves on multiple Alabama State Bar committees. He earned his B.S. from Auburn University and his J.D. from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
