About Megan Wernli

Megan L. Wernli is a personal injury attorney at Bernard Law Group licensed in Washington state and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She grew up in Wapato, WA, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Washington. Her science background gives her a practical understanding of medical issues and how hospitals operate, which she applies to injury and malpractice cases. During law school at Seattle University School of Law, Megan served as a Rule 9 Intern for Dore Deutscher Law Group for five years, gaining discovery, motion, trial, and complex litigation experience.

She also clerked at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and worked as a research assistant in the area of Race and the Law. She graduated cum laude in 2012 and joined Dore Deutscher Law Group as an associate before moving to Bernard Law Group in 2015. Her practice covers King, Snohomish, Pierce, Clallam, Chelan, Yakima, and Thurston counties. She is a member of the State Bar of Washington, King County Bar Association, King County Washington Women Lawyers, and the Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle Member).
