About Viivi Vanderslice

Viivi Vanderslice is a personal injury attorney at Bernard Law Group licensed in Washington, California, and Nevada. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in History. She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1999, graduating in the top 8% of her class. While at California Western, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts, Contracts, and Advanced Civil Litigation Practice and Procedure, served as an executive editor of the International Law Review, and published in the California Western Law Review.

She also clerked at one of the largest plaintiff's personal injury firms in San Diego, working on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and abuse cases. Following law school, Viivi spent eight years as an insurance defense attorney before switching to plaintiff-side representation in 2007. She joined Bernard Law Group to represent accident and injury victims exclusively. She is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington Association for Justice.
