Joshua Yambor

Joshua Yambor is a personal injury attorney whose background in insurance defense litigation gives him detailed knowledge of how insurers and defense counsel evaluate injury claims. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in 2004 and earned his J.D. with distinction from Creighton University School of Law in 2008. Yambor has devoted most of his legal career to plaintiff personal injury work, representing clients in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability matters, and catastrophic injury cases in Nebraska and Iowa.
