About Rachel Collins
Rachel Collins is a personal injury attorney with more than a decade of civil litigation experience. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007 and her B.A. in Psychology with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. Before joining Berry Law, Collins served as a briefing attorney for the 14th Court of Appeals in Houston, researching civil and criminal matters and assisting in drafting judicial opinions. She has represented plaintiffs in bad faith insurance disputes, catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability claims. Collins is a member of the Military Spouse JD Network Foundation and holds Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Platinum recognition.
